Congratulations to Lana Elswick and her tiny Chihuahua Boo Boo for going on the Regis and Kelly show! Boo-Boo was born the size of Lana’s thumb and was officially declared the World’s Smallest Dog according to the 2011 World Book of Guinness Records!<\/p>\n

Boo-Boo is much smaller than George’s head! Now that’s tiny! We can’t help but notice how happy little Boo Boo looks from all the attention. Too cute for words!<\/p>\n

The Guinness World Record book now considers Boo Boo the smallest dog in the world, nearly an inch smaller than the previous record holder.<\/p>\n

Boo Boo in adorable chihuahua clothes poses pretty next to coke bottle and a purse. Boo-Boo lives a life of luxury now, eating a quality meal while getting plenty of playtime in between.<\/p>\n

She doesn’t like dog food, so Lana fixes her ground turkey and puts peas in it. That’s her breakfast. And then she likes to lay in her bed and sleep and then get up and play with her toys.<\/p>\n

Boo Boo and Lana made an appearance in an episode on the Oprah Winfrey Show<\/a> that featured “Amazing Animals” in November of 2008.<\/p>\n
