chopper~<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>chopper was a 15 year old chihuahua-cross whose papa was pieter knoetze of johannesburg, south africa.\u00a0 chopper was found wandering the city streets, cold and alone and was later rescued by pieter.\u00a0 they were like two happy peas in a pod &#8211; companions in life &#8211; and had the most amazing bond for 8 years.\u00a0 sadly, chopper has crossed over the rainbow bridge due to old age, but he will forever be remembered and loved by pieter and his family.\u00a0 we love you chopper!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>treasured friend<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">i lost a treasured friend today<br \/>\nthe little dog who used to lay<br \/>\nhis gentle head upon my knee<br \/>\nand share his silent thoughts with me&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">he&#8217;ll come no longer to my call<br \/>\nretrieve no more his favorite ball<br \/>\na voice far greater than my own<br \/>\nhas called him to his golden throne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">although my eyes are filled with tears<br \/>\ni thank him for the happy years<br \/>\nhe let him spend down here with me<br \/>\nand for his love and loyalty<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">when it is time for me to go<br \/>\nand join him there, this much i know&#8230;<br \/>\ni shall not fear the transient dark<br
