lived with her mommy rosemary glaza in hagerstown, maryland. sadly, angel passed away from kidney failure in april of 2010. she loved to receive hugs and would drag her water bowl to the sink when it was empty. she was also featured as one of the cutest pets of america in 2011. here is a poem that symbolizes the loving relationship she had with her mommy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>treasured friend<\/strong><br clear=\"all\" \/><br clear=\"all\" \/>i lost a treasured friend who has gone away,<br clear=\"all\" \/> a little dog who used to lay.<br clear=\"all\" \/> her gentle head upon my knee,<br clear=\"all\" \/> and shared her silent thoughts with me. <br clear=\"all\" \/><br clear=\"all\" \/> she\u2019ll come no longer to my call,<br clear=\"all\" \/> Retrieve no more her favorite ball.<br clear=\"all\" \/> A voice far greater than my own,<br clear=\"all\" \/> Has called her to his golden throne.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\" \/><br clear=\"all\" \/> Although my eyes are filled with tears,<br clear=\"all\" \/> I thank him for the happy years.<br clear=\"all\" \/> He let her spend down here with me,<br clear=\"all\" \/> And for her love and loyalty. <br clear=\"all\" \/><br clear=\"all\" \/> When it is time for me to go,<br clear=\"all\" \/> And join her there, this much I know.<br clear=\"all\" \/> I shall not fear the transient dark,<br
