RIP Gail Posner.

As a dog enthusiast myself, I can completely understand wanting your beloved pets to be taken care of after your passing on. If the current estate will is correct then I assume that Ms. Posner had her reasons for such actions. Just because you give birth to a son or daughter does NOT entitle them to your estate or money. The documents say “estranged son” and that to me means that they were not close or loving to each other, or had no communications with each other except that they were “blood relative” ?.
It seems like this son of Gail’s is just jealous of his mother’s love for her dogs. A pets love is unconditional and unrelenting…… Can her son say the same for the love he had (or didn’t? have) for his mother before she passed or does he/did he just love her money? I think this is sad. 🙁

This is ridiculous. I love my dogs too but something weird is going on here. No way the woman would leave so much to take care of dogs.

I have a chihuahua and I love her dearly (like my child) and I would definitely want her to be cared for by a loving and responsible person if anything should happen to me but the money should have been left to help animal shelters and groups like SPCA who help animals. I hope and pray that the people she left in charge of the estate and the little dog will fulfill her wishes.
