i thought that Maya was unique but one day walking in the mall i saw cards at hallmartk with the dog that looked just like maya
in any case i love maya like crazy, she is such a little character

Hi. Your chi is adorable…she looks like mine who is 4.5 pounds as well. we think she may be pregnant. day 56 today…but she isn’t bulging like other dogs…just “poochy”. she is nesting and acting finicky. did your chi show her one pup a lot at day 56?

Maya could not give birth to her puppy because of her size , she had a c-section,
so check with your vet.
And she had only one puppy.

I also have a female chihuahua that is 5lbs and was advised that she is too small to have puppies; that it could kill her. Make sure you speak with a vet before allowing your special girl to get pregnant. My little Sophie is being spayed on Thursday.
