God was watching over little chico and the child.i’m so glad they located all responsible parties. This kind of neglect and abuse makes me sick.animals and children are helpless they can’t take care of themselves. Well,what goes around comes around…good luck chico!

When I read this it made me so sad. I’m disgusted that someone would actually let a beautiful, loving creature suffer like this.
i look at my two babies (2 sister female chihuahua’s) and i cannot imagine anyone wanting to inflict any harm on them.
So sad, those responsible will get what is coming.
