No such thing according to the AKC and other respectable organizations. A “teacup” is nothing more than the runt of the litter sold at a premium price. “Breeders” (or more than likely puppy mills) using this term should be ashamed and boycotted.

I live in South Carolina but I am willing to travel, not too far, if I can find the right breeder. I have searched online and seem to have found only breeders near me that breed the larger size dogs. Is there any advice or avenue that you can recommend to me. I would grately appreciate your help.
