I am not thrilled with some of the articles here..Tea Cup is another word for Runt and a lot of them dont do well..Breeders vs Puppymills…Some Backyard Breeders are just as bad . I rescued a Senior Chi from one and he was terribly neglected!! Do your Homework before getting any Animal

I bought a little chihuahua from a breeder that has been very sick ,is there any way to report her .I called and she played dumb about the pups health.
